Yes, there are a few details:

1.  If you have questions about any of our products, please contact us before taking other action. Please telephone our Technical Service Division at 800 529 3772.

2.  LaserSave, Inc., warrants all its products and services to be free of defects.

3.  LaserSave will, at its option, replace or repair in a timely fashion any product found to be defective.

4.  LaserSave's liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement and/or repairs as provided above. This warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

  OEM Warranties

OEM representatives sometimes use inaccurate information to sell their higher priced toner cartridges - like saying that other cartridges will void your warranty. Federal courts have held (in decisions like IBM vs. the United States before the U.S. Supreme Court) that it is illegal for printer manufacturers to require the use of OEM consumables or to void warranties for not doing so - unless they can conclusively demonstrate that such products are incompatible with their printers.

LaserSave, Inc., warrants the full compatibility of our products when used as directed. If you are told something else by a manufacturer's representative, we offer our support in making your reply.
